Return Policy
Refunds are offered for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Returned means postmarked by the shipping carrier. All sales are final within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with all Nazeerah tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you.
All returns will incur a flat $9.95 conscious consumer fee, to help offset shipping and restocking costs. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
To start a return, please go to our return portal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to the customer or back to our warehouse. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at hello@nazeerah.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit
Items purchased with a gift card or that were received as a gift are eligible for store credit only.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)
If your order is eligible for a promotional offer that includes any gift with purchase and you subsequently return some portion of the order so that the order no longer qualifies for the GWP, the GWP must be returned with the items submitted for a refund. Nazeerah reserves the right to reduce the refund by the retail value of the unreturned GWP if the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt at our warehouse, if your return meets the above requirements, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note, that depending on your financial institution, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Third-Party Retailer
Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly through the Nazeerah website (nazeerah.com). Products purchased through a Third-Party Retailer, such as Garmentory, must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s own return policy.
